The Help Desk will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, 2009.  You can leave a message at the help desk at x7224 or send an email to helpdesk@vassar.edu.  Urgent issues will be responded to as needed.  Non-urgent issues will be addressed on Monday.

Whether it's at one of our two Help Desks, one-on-one with a trainer or hardware repairs, the CIS staff is ready to assist you.

Service is Our Specialty:

And our services are special. Our Media Resources group offers everything from equipment rental to media duplication. Our Academic Computing Services liaisons provide faculty members with valuable expertise in collaborative academic projects. CIS offers one-on-one training, personal service at the Computer Store and knowledgeable IT professionals to manage the technological needs of the whole campus.

Well-Equipped Facilities:

The tools you need are available! CIS maintains a number of public computing and printing facilities throughout the campus. You'll also find a variety of specialty labs and AV equipped rooms available for use.
