It's a common misconception that the CIS Help Desks are manned solely by students. Although we have a large staff of quality student employees, who are capable of assisting you with your problems at any hour of the day, we also have Help Desk professionals at both of our help desk.
With us for over 7 years, is the knowledgeable and always helpful, Carolyn Jones. Carolyn is the face of the CIS Help Desk. As our Help Desk Supervisor, she is there every day, ensuring the Help Desk runs like a well-oiled machine.
New and notable is David Castellani who is the face of the Library Help Desk. David is there every day, in the trenches, ready, willing and able to help you with your technology issues. He is a highly trained customer service professional.
