As you use the Citrix supported software, it is important to understand that you are interacting directly with the software in a Windows environment, whether you have logged into Citrix on a Mac or a Windows machine.
For more information on how to Save or Print your work from within your Citrix Session see Saving your work in Citrix or Printing from Citrix.
If you have difficulties accessing or using your software from a public machine please contact the Help Desk (x7224). Please specify whether your difficulty is with logging into a Citrix session or working with the software once you have logged in. This will make a difference in the way in which you are assisted.
Currently, Vassar holds 40 concurrent licenses for Citrix remote sessions. Due to this constraint, please do not forget to quit your Citrix session and close your Citrix window when you are done using it.
