15. For Login Information:
Depending on whether you are a student, faculty, or administrator, you will need to log in to the appropriate domain.

If you are a student, please enter ACADEMIC in the domain space.
If you are a faculty or administrator, please enter CIS in the domain space.

You will use your domain username and password as your Citrix/Metaframe username and password. If you do not know your domain username and password:

Your domain user name is the same as your email username.

Your domain password was provided to you when you first received your email username and password. It is different from your email password and is the same password you use to access Virtual Classroom or the ACADEMICSVR. If you do not know your domain password, see 15b below. If you know your domain password, skip to Step 16 .

15b. You can reset your domain password by using your email control panel. To access your User Control Panel, use a web browser to access the following URL:

http://controlpanel.vassar.edu

Using your email username and password, login to the Control Panel.

Select the Change Password option.

Using the directions provided, reset your password. This will change all of your Vassar passwords for: email, Vspace, domain, Citrix/Metaframe, and Blackboard.

16. Type in your login information in the provided spaces. Click on the Options box in case you do not see the third line (ėLog into.î)

After successful authentication, your application (e.g. Mathematica, SPSS, SAS, JMP) will start up.

Vassar holds 40 concurrent licenses for Citrix remote sessions. This means that only 40 client machines can be running any of the applications on the whole campus at any one time. Due to this constraint, please do not forget to close your Citrix window when you are done using it.
