System Status
Brief VSpace, Wireless and EMS Service Interruptions 10/21/09 from 4-7:30 AM
CIS will be upgrading VSpace. The work will begin at 6:00AM and should be completed by 6:30AM; VSpace will be unavailable during this time. This is not a major upgrade, but is being performed to fix an existing bug.
We will be making changes to core network configurations, which will have no effect on network traffic or accessibility. Networks will also be rebooting all wireless controllers, which will take no longer than 15 minutes. During the reboots, wireless will be unavailable for a brief period of time.
We will also be upgrading EMS. EMS web access will be unavailable for approximately 15 - 20 minutes during this process. After the upgrade, any departments using the local installation of EMS will need an upgrade. User Services will be visiting each department in need.
